I gave 300 to this company. I never used my subscription and the radio never worked. They won't even offer 2 months credit. All they offer is a trial. There is proof that I paid a year according to them. There is proof that I never used the radio. All I want is to experience XM radio and this company could not even offer me 4 months trial period. Every year I dread when my account comes due. What will they have screwed up this time? Will my country be wrong? Home billing address? Linked accounts being unlinked? Or my favourite one, we moved to the US and kept our Sirius Canada account, yet the phone number directly pushes up to the US site. My experience wasn't as bad as some of the others - at least not so far, but if you're on any kind of a promotional plan, watch out because they will bill you EXACTLY on the renewal date for an amount 2-3 times what you've been paying, and then give you the runaround when you try to cancel. I have an issue with the Channels I am NOT receiving although according to my package I should be. I have called and written SEVEN different times and I have documented SEVEN different responses. And; to date, issue remains unresolved. I am being driven to legal recourse. What a waste of time. Unbelievable that I can't get an honest answer. I paid for 12 month, got 3 month of service, when they cut me off. I called, complained, they turned it on for about 1 month and turned it off again. 4 weeks ago I asked for the money back - no answer at all from them When I call, I get transferred from one to another an no one knows anything. I signed both my cars up for SiriusXM All Access. I was told I could get a great deal for approximately $30/month plus activation fees. Then, I would receive 2 radios for home-free of charge, but would have to pay the one time activation fee. Total monthly cost $30/mon. The worst customer service ever regarding cancellation. The way it was handled makes it so difficult, I suspect they hope you'll give up. I had service in two cars, one of which I sold. I wanted to cancel service in one car. I called the number on the flyer you. I was to be on hold for 3 minutes, and chose the option for a call back. I got a call back after about 5 minutes. i have been a lifetime member for over 12 years. all my work takes me out of town. i never had much work to go to in the last year so never noticed a problem until now.
