Horrible customer service. After we moved we updated out accounts (had to switch out cars and cancel account for old house). They started calling 3 months later, credit card on file expired. We updated it. They kept calling. And calling. And calling. Finally got them to really LOOK at our records..."Oh, there is a valid card number on file". I got a 6 month trial offer with a car and was cut off after 4 months. I received a restart mailer for 6 months @ $30. I went to their site to try it and the only available offer for "my radio" was 5 months @ 19.99 plus current rate thereafter. Current rate was shown at $17.99/mo (mailer says $14.99, site says $19.99?) so best case would be $37.98 for 6 mo, $163.91/year, but current rate could... Read more

Auto-renewed without written notice. Charged double what it was last year. I called customer service and had them refund 1/2 of the the charge and kept the service. They apologized but I told the CSM that they are dealing with people-not robots. Granted, they offered me a deal AFTER I complained about it. Run for the hills if you ever get a subscriber solicitation from siriusxm!! I had no idea I had subscribed to such a under handed company's services until I decided to unsubscribe. I was tired of the poor signal quality on all of my radios: car, home and portable. And the last portable Onyx Plus radio I purchased only worked (intermittently) for 4 months. I called Sirius XM to ask why they haven't taken Bill Cosby off the radio after court documents have been released that he admitted to drugging women to take advantage of them. The customer service laughed and said she thinks Bill Cosby is funny. What kind of *** is she? When a customer has a real concern and she thinks a rapist is funny? This channel disgusts me! During 13 years of continuous service, 3 different radios, spent several hours on the phone with "customer service" trying to fix billing errors. Wrong plan, deactivation, activation charges, double charges to credit card. I paid for 1 year of service. After the one year they began trying to collect a year in advance. I told them repeatedly (to which they said each and every time "I understand ". ) Then they said I owed +$9 for time since my year ended.
