In 10/15 our truck engine blew up and we sold it for salvage to a junkyard. We discontinued XM, after discovering you have to actually phone in and speak to someone authorized to talk to you about cancelling overseas somewhere. It takes about a half hour to actually reach someone. Once we did, they kept trying to suspend rather than cancel the account and were seemingly comprehension deaf that we were not going to resume service on a vehicle... Read more

As far as I know siriusxm will never improve there signal quality, I think they are loosing to many costumers, I used to have a sirius tuner which used a different satellite had no issues with that but I installed a new Kenwood deck in my car and know it's no better than hd radeo or fm radio. I would suggest no one buy a siriusxm product a waste of time and money I used to have all the stations with sirius but now with my lifetime subscription... Read more

I had the 5 months promo for $30, and now it tried to auto-renew the service for $102 for 5 months. Fortunately my creditcard had expired so the company called me that I need to pay. I said I wanted to cancel the service anyways. But in order to cancel the service I had to pay $20.11 since I already used the service for an extra month. I paid. After my trial period ended I received an e-mail offer for a 165-channel 6-month package for $29.00, so I purchased it (I just wanted the NASCAR channel, ch. 90). Sirius hounded me to re-up after my new car subscription expired. I finally buckled and bought a limited time promotional package at a decent price - got in the car for along trip and the stations I wanted were not offered so I called, then the circus began. I have a LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION that can only be transferred to one car? This Siriusly SUCKS. I WILL OUTLIVE MY CAR. And the 3 device limit is ***. Started with XM was very happy until the merger now I hate listening to 60s on 6 because all they do is talk Cousin Brucie has ruined my weekends and Wednesday driving time. Never shuts his pie hole. The rest of the days aren't as bad still to much talking, I pay to listen to music not a bunch of flapping of the gums. Read more

Sold me a life time membership with 3 transfers available....called today to transfer and they first told me there was a 75 transfer fee so i asked for a manager and he told i couldnt transfer at all. I was lied to when i purchased it. Add comment
