I ordered one plan they changed it to the higher plan. Has to be the worst customer service I ever had to deal with. When I asked to speak to a Supervisor They transferred me to an even ruder person. Who said to me why are you talking to me. Just a horrible experience I will never do business with them again. Very rude customer service, card was charged different amount I was told ans I never received notice of bill or the amount or date the money would be taken out. Got hassled canceling, was yelled at, and was sent an email saying my refund had been processed... while they was still taking the money out..and their traffic alert thingy never worked right.. all around a big disappointment!! I can't imagine what they were thinking when they removed the Classical Pops station. I own 2 cars. I just discontinued my subscription on my mini van when it was time to renew. I have another 6 months on my SUV, and if they don't see fit to return it by then, they will lose another subscription. I will just go back to listening to my classical CDs. Your staff is the MOST incompetent group of people that I have ever dealt with. VERY unknowledgable. No response and screwed up everything several times. Like talking to a brick wall. I can't tell U exactly how many times we've had problems with you. Never resolve anything. But boy can you take money out of accounts fast ; even when unauthorized. People, people! Complaining about companies that engage in deceptive practices won't help you after the fact (but thanks for sharing, so those of us who might otherwise have been unaware are brought into the loop.) I paid for a one year subscription in full in January of 2013. At that time they cashed my check and three days later cut my radio off. When I called to inquire they wanted to charge me to turn it back on. I told them to send me my money back and they quickly decided to drop the re hook up fee. Please do not ever use this company if you plan to cancel before your death!!!! I called and cancelled my subscription in November of 2014, here it is April of 2015 and they will not stop billing me.
