I paid for 1 year of service. After the one year they began trying to collect a year in advance. I told them repeatedly (to which they said each and every time "I understand ". ) Then they said I owed +$9 for time since my year ended. Sirius has managed to double their subscription price in three years. While it is nice to have on long road trips, my use of the service is quite limited. I would rather bring my own music on trips and listen to Pandora when TMobile has adequate signal. The other gripes are with audio quality and selection. Pissed off with sirius Xm I had an account with you for 3 yrs now I am serious problems # 1. I had a car dodge avenger I had 1 yr. Subcription. Just saying... I pay my yearly subscription to listen to just one station 17 LOVE. It's the station I listen to every time I get into my car. You put Christmas music on that station in October til the next year and recently put on 6 weeks of James Taylor.. really 6 weeks what are you thinking? Can you leave Love station alone and put alternative featured performers and Xmas somewhere else????... Read more

Actually, read the capitalized and bolded small print (not bolded below) in the Customer Agreement, as shown here: "Your Subscription may automatically renew under this Agreement. I was given a sirius radio y my daughter for fathers day 6/21/15. I agree with most of the posters here that Sirius XM has a lousy way of handling billing. However, they tell you right up front that it will automatically renew unless you call to cancel. What to do then?
