I cancelled my service in Sept 2015, however, I have been billed over $105 in February and April 2016. After being transferred 5 times and each person saying "I don't know why you were charged and never fully cancelled despite the notes in the system stating you were cancelled". Then having the morons in the billing department stating "we don't provide full refunds what don't you understand" and "yes ma'am I understand your service was cancelled and you continued getting billed but I don't know why and I am not authorized to refund that full... I have spoken to 5 people this afternoon, repeated my ID#, my account #, my name , address, tel # & email 5 times - the last to a supervisor & then the line went dead. Of course, no one has any idea how to reach me! 11/11/15 my credit card was charged $86.21 by Sirius for 6 months. When I called today I found my credit card had been charged $102.44 on 4/13/16. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They put you on hold, switch you to other people. It is so difficult to cancel the service. They don't listen but keep repeating the same pitch. Each "customer care" representative tells you the same thing and then sends you to another representative which takes an additional 15 minutes on hold. I think they stay in business because it is almost impossible to cancel your account with them. I am guessing that many others have become so frustrated that they end up paying for the service... My radio stopped working and they said they tried to send a refresh signal but it did not work so i did not want to pay for something that was not working, so i called the listener care line, they tried to sell me something else but it the radio dont work then i dont need the service right. I was hung up on 3 times trying to cancel my subscription, i know no one wants to lose a sale but, that's not the way to maintain customers either, because even if i would have considered going back, i won't now ever, and I will tell others not to as well. On phone for 29 minutes trying to cancel my subscription. The customer service person kept trying to give me different deals. Finally I said I just want to cancel. She put me on hold again for 5 minutes. When she got back to me she said she has to refresh her computer and that took another5 minutes. Finally when she answer again she gave me a cancel # on an account I closed out back in 2013 with a different radio ID. What kind of games are they playing. I called and cancelled my subscription in mid MArch-2016. I checked my bank statement first week of April-2016 and found out they had not cancelled my subscription and were charging me again! A phone call to them was not an enjoyable experience. They failed to transfer me to a complaint department or a supervisor that would listen to my complaint. They also take your money immediately but do not refund your money for 3 to 5 days after you cancel your subscription. Never again will I use them and will continue to tell everyone I know of this... Had a great deal of issues when talking to customer care. Seems like when you see a deal they make you feel like a nobody.i canceled my account today because of that. Saw a deal for 4 they told me they did not have that deal. My question is why was it on their site then? The business needs to teach their customer service team better. Sirius XM Radio was provided with a new car purchase, service ran out in 3 months, enjoyed the service so renewed for 6 months on a promotional deal cost $28 used credit card. Did not use the service much because I was away on business for extended periods. A year later I happened to be looking at my checking account and found a charge for $104 from Sirius, I looked back on the account and found they had taken another $104 out 6 months previous; these withdraws were without contacting me. Well, I paid for the lifetime plan some 10 plus years ago, as those of us that have portable receivers know, they get abused on these bumpy highways so I had to buy another receiver, Sirius SOLD me the receiver and when I call to have it activated, they tell me I've reached my limit of transfers of 4. I also have a paid plan in another vehicle but when it runs out, they've got their last dime from me. Read more

I cancelled without calling. I reported my credit card lost that way they could not charge it when my subscription renewed. Got a collection letter, I complained to WA state attorney general. We together spoke to a sirius xm person. He said it is in house collection they never send to outside collections therefore it never lands on your credit report. Sirius called me many times i have an iphone so i blocked their number. I have had free sirius xm for 3 months now via there app. They offer a free 30 day online app triail. I used three...
