BPM CH 51 Has clips and pops and has so for almost 2 months , I have checked other stations and haven't heard it on any other channels that I listen too , I checked this problem in another vehicles radio and it's definitely the on xm's side I just can't believe they haven't 1,caught the problem and 2,if they have caught it ,why would they leave such a flaw on their product and on one of the most... Called customer service recently, only wanting to switch billing charges from personal to company credit card for company truck - sounded simple enough. I have gone thru 6Seris vehicel kits 8 antennas. Over the last 7 years! The antenna connections go bad either at the point where the antenna connects or where the radio connects to the dock. One lady I talked to said they know this happens often. I paid for a lifetime membership and now I pay alittle over$59.00 a year for a new vehicle docking kit. Your customer service agents are so uneducated with your product and I get the run around on every subscription. I have three radios because I like the service. But every time I make a change to a plan or add a new radio I cringe at the thought of having to call. Their pricing models forces consumers into auto renew regardless if you pay by credit card or through the mail by check. If you receive a paper bill and fail to pay or cancel by the date of renewal, they will charge your an outregeous rate for the outstanding balance due. XM Radio charged my card over a year ago, thus renewing my service without my consent. I was not able to receive service and was not aware that I was still paying for it. Not only was I charged in error, but they refused to reimburse me. XM Radio had to audacity to call asking if I would like to renew service that HAD JUST terminated a month ago! To much talk on 60's on 6. Like having a DJ talking about sports, what he had to eat, long stories of singers history etc. I pay for music so that I don't have to listen to talk. If I want talk radio I would listen to those channels. Also dropped Howard Stern for having commercial's on that channel and with reruns running most of the time. My daughter had it in her car, she went to college and I suspended service, reinstated when she was home. After she graduated she worked in the city and did not use car, so I cancelled the service. They keep sending me bills for something I do not want, have or use. When I call they do not have a record of me shutting off the service.
