Sirius XM Radio - Sirius Radio won't stop calling me
September 20, 2014RE: Sirius Radio,
I keep receiving calls from: 586-200-****. My husband looked up the number and said it belonged to Sirius Radio, Roseville, MI. I Sirius and the sales associate couldn't find my name or my husband's name in their system. We haven't recently purchased a car with trial service from Sirius so she couldn't figure out why we are receiving these calls. She connected me to her supervisor, who also couldn't figure out why we're receiving these calls. She said she'd put us on the do not call list. After I spoke with her, I received another call from Sirius Radio. I am tired of the constant ringing. It constitutes harassment. I think the FCC should be alerted and the public should be alerted about Sirius' underhanded way of doing business. I have never been a client of Sirius Radio. Again, I did not recently purchase a car with a trial of Sirius radio, and I don't even listen to the radio. When I answer the phone, there's not even anyone there. I just get a beeping noise. I want these calls to stop.
Reason of review: Sirius won't stop calling me..
Preferred solution: Stop calling me..
Location: Brookline, Massachusetts

The worst! Rude sales people who hang up on you the minute they realize they aren't making a sale.
We bought 3 new cars this year and we get a call and a piece of mail every day. Satellite radio anyone? That was so cool in 1994..
really- Stop putting this POS service in vehicles and act like they are doing us a favor. Sirius XM just die already and leave us alone.
Sirius Radio has to be the worst offender of obnoxious telemarketing practices. I receive 3 calls a day - even after requesting to be added to their do not call list.
Ford, Chrysler, and other automakers should take notice. If you install Sirius Radio in your new cars, you'd better make sure they don't call your customers.
Or, customers will blame your brand because you can't keep Sirius in check.
The next time I buy a new car, I will make it a condition of sale to remove Sirius radio from the vehicle.
Sirius Radio - YOU SUCK.
