does anybody else have this problem all the music channels especially studio 54 are being played at a fast speed and then stopped and the songs are being trashed is anybody at sirus xm listening to this problem why is it not being corrected? the music sounds like mickey mouse when I go to another station the same thing happens the songs are skipping I have internet service and play the music in my car through Bluetooth. this is going on for yrs... Please! I beg you to get Madison OFF Sirius Radio!! Her nonstop singing and constant talking is driving me crazy! I subscribed to Sirius so I didn't have to hear that type of DJ on the radio. Please please please get Madiso OFF Sirius!!!!

In the past year I am experiencing blackout areas where the radio cuts off. This is in wide open interstate or city streets. It happens in the same spot no matter the time of day. The problem is not being addressed even though I have brought it to their attention. The problem is getting worse. There are more areas occurring and it is lasting longer. I live in central Arkansas. I think that all the bad reviews are due to Sirius using cheap labor in foreign countries to answer consumer related problems. I dealt with guys from Honduras and the Philippines who cannot make decisions and do not have any cultural base for making them. President Trump chastened companies for off shore sourcing and Sirius is WORSE. We pay their bills in the USA and they should hire our American workers for their telephone answering services.... Seriusxm sucks i have been with them from the start. There billing practices are horrible !!! Every time i pay them most of the time for a year at a time. They will start trying to bill me again usually about a month or two later. I had a credit card set up with them and boy did they love taking money out of the account. Way back in the day I purchased a LIFETIME subscription, which is no longer offered, and a portable receiver that I am able to carry and listen to in just about any location I want. Today I called Sirius to inquire about possibly transferring my LIFETIME service to my automobile. There are several different classical periods from the 13 th century to the present. Rock is all prevalent,however, on serius......1950 to today. . 70 years vs 7 centuries. Give me break. Today I tried to make a simple change to my SiriusXM account. I wanted to temporarily suspend service on one of the three automobile radios I pay for their service on. The vehicle is in storage for six months. It was impossible to get the customer service person (in Bangladesh or India) to perform this task. Watch out for the auto-renew practices at Sirius XM. The renew rate is more than double the intro or special rate. You have to call in to cancel. I called in to cancel and got sent to the "listener care" department. It should be called the "hard sell" department.
