When I tried to cancel the service, I was put on hold for HOURS. The woman I talked to would seldom even respond to my questions and comments. Even when I asked a direct question, there was absolutely no response o the other end. Just dead silence. Called 3 times about my radio service was told I have no account after paying 21.04 they said I owed the first time I called. Was told they were going to open me a new account and give me a 6 months trial free. Radio was never turned on called again and now they want me to pay for the 6 months. I really wish I had read all the reviews before I extended the free promotional service that came with our new truck. That little bit of effort would have saved me a lot of frustration. I strongly recommend anyone considering this service to say "No thanks" to Sirius and plug their iPod into their vehicle. I negotiated a price of $109.86. They will promise or tell you anything you want to hear If you talk to 10 different customer service people you will hear 10 different stories. If you gave them your credit card, cancel it immediately or try to get a refund when they charge you anything but what you were promised. I called "customer care" and after a long hold, I told the representative that I did not desire to renew service in November. He asked why and I said because of the outrageous price of $273. He immediately offered to drop it to $120. When I asked him why, he could not give me an answer. He was just concerned with getting my new credit card number. Absolute worst company ever. I never expected to find another company as bad as AT&T but this one is. Non English people that just cut you off if you try to cancel. Then they just keep billing you and threaten to send your "past due" bill that you don't owe to collections. I absolutely hate this company and will NEVER do business with them again. I lost my one year promotional subscription when I purchased a new vehicle and received new free 3 months with a credit on account. After 3 months when my free subscription ended, I attempted to reactivate, which didn't work because my original subscription was cancelled. Trying to deactivate 1 of 3 radios I have.Customer service is pathetic,was transferred 5 times,given wrong numbers to call and was told we will call you back.Seems like the only way out is to cancel my credit card. Sirius Xm Radio - Three calls, two lies and one radio still working

I called today 8-28-16 and spoke to a CS rep to cancel my subscription. I told him not to even bother with the BS hard sell of other offers, because even if the company paid ME to listen I wouldn't do it. I didn't want the service anymore, period. No more reasons needed.
