Speak and understand English, lack of communication. Im done ive just canceled my last out of four terminals I have had for eight years. I have been called atleast twice a day for 2 weeks from these *** heads. I can try and call back, but even after 20 min no one answers. Just kept on hold. Xm *** needs to stop hassling people who don't want their god *** service Read more

I have to agree with ya! It smells funny and I would have to say that industry's standards have gotten CORRUPT!!!

purchased "lifetime" from XM when they called me to push for additional revenues due to cash flow problems prior to Sirius merger. This was in 2007 and I was not offered a contract nor was a website the norm then. Now I find that they have added a $75 transfer fee when I have to get a new radio and I can only do this 3 times. Phone customer service has had me most frustrated in the past. However, there seems to be updated web pages for account services. Is this account access feature new for XM? Today I helped a friend change level of her radio service. She moved from XM Select, to XM Mostly Music, saving a little money. Had four radios and service for over six years. Customer service was always questionable but this last go round criminal. They charged my credit card with huge amt without notice then it took me hours to resolve. I was laughed at hung up on and treated like a hostage. Very poor customer service. They are just mad this time because i cancelled period and they dont have new credit card number or new bank account. Poor service with prices going through the roof. Thats why everyone is dropping them. I can listen to my downloads or radio. Dont need them at all.

Sirius finally came out with a good station, Yacht Rock on channel 18. Good stuff like Michael McDonald, Boz Scaggs, Doobie brothers. Rest of the similar stations like the Bridge are just the same old ***, over and over and over. I dumped them when my free 6 months ran out and told them why. 90% of their stations are *** for the millennial crowd. If they put Yacht rock back on I would consider re joining, not until. I find it crazy that Sirius is over priced, but will negotiate the price down if you continue to complain. I sign up on specials, they expire, I call to renew and they state they do not have a special, I complain about price, they send me to another department, then they continue to drop the price as I say that it is too expensive. We have had Sirius XM since 2013. We have tried several times to cancel service and admittedly been sucked back in because they made us a good offer. For the last couple months the signal has been horrible, I have called several times and they refresh the signal to no avail.
