Preferred solution: My own channel with a 100k Salary plus a written apology for their censorship plus my numbers unblocked from calling in on programs

User's recommendation: Well, if there is ever a monopoly, Sirius/XM is it. They are not interested in serving or taking care of their customers. They took the Deep Tracks channel away from their programming. They said they moved the Deep Tracks channel to #308, however, because of the model of Sirius/XM radio that I have installed, there is no channel #308. So they can remove channels as they see fit, with no input from the customer. Absolutely lousy customer service.

I think it is so very difficult to find ANY channel in your line-up!! All the ads list this and that station, with no way of finding it.
If it's Sports I'm looking for - the display says Sports 13
(Or whatever the number of channels it happens to be). Is there not a way you could automatically display those channels and what is on live now?.. It is just a pain to use your service. Same with music.
Rock and Roll 23 (I am making this number up) but you have to get into each channel to see what it is! Very cumbersome - especially since we are in the car!! Why can't you have a list of channels on the website or in Google listing channel number and description of channel. The only thing easy to locate is Howard.
Which I do listen to.
Please be more customer-centric and figure out a way for us to always be able to get an answer! Thank you.
