I just spent about two hours of my morning trying to merge my husband's account with mine in order to change the billing from monthly to annual and the chat was dropped three times and was ultimately unresolved, leaving me with no access to any of my online accounts. I am an EXTREMELY unhappy customer right now.
As much as you are charging me for monthly service for a single radio, I ought to be able to talk to a human at some point and get this issue resolved.
You may expect my call Monday morning, and I will endeavor not to take my anger out on your hapless customer service agents. I realize this is not their fault, so you definitely need to pay them more to deal with the numerous unhappy customers you must generate through your pitiful online interface.

Preferred solution: I'd like to get better customer service, a better phone connection with customer service and people who can speak more clearly and articulate their thoughts.
User's recommendation: It's nice to have satellite radio in the car because you get music and news when there is no cell service but other streaming services are better.

Why did you drop Y'alternative on channel 55 and add yet another country station in its place?
Everyone I spoke to loved that genre! It was something different, we already have multiple country stations to listen to on Serius, and I listen to those, but y'alternative was fantastic!
Let me guess...
like everything else, it is all about money rather than providing diversity and service to you listeners.
Just what we needed...another country station.
What a shame, I actually had a reason to feel okay with the continued increased subscription price, even with all the added commercial time and dj's always yaking now! Serius is becomming more and more like an expensive FM radio station.
Very disappointed, I will not be renewing my subscription next year.
