Price increase

Cant afford $33 a month and not in my budget. Sorry I have been paying 12 or something like that thats fine but if youre gonna increase it to 33 Im gonna have to cancel.

Signal keeps cutting out

Did not resolve the issue said. It is the equipment said they were out of stock but I can't go buy one at Amazon or Walmart.

Standard cost too expensive especially with phone integration with vehicles. Special rates should be standard rates, without the need to cancel yearly, then offered a special rate.

Possibly the worst customer chat interface ever

I just spent about two hours of my morning trying to merge my husband's account with mine in order to change the billing from monthly to annual and the chat was dropped three times and was ultimately unresolved, leaving me with no access to any of my online accounts. I am an EXTREMELY unhappy customer right now.

As much as you are charging me for monthly service for a single radio, I ought to be able to talk to a human at some point and get this issue resolved.

You may expect my call Monday morning, and I will endeavor not to take my anger out on your hapless customer service agents. I realize this is not their fault, so you definitely need to pay them more to deal with the numerous unhappy customers you must generate through your pitiful online interface.

Interrupted service

Radio continues to lose signal every few minutes. Even after the reset by Subaru customer service. Need additional service.

They outsource customer service. Connection is generally not good. I suspect that they use VoIP for the phone connection. Their representatives are difficult to understand. They are obviously reading off a screen. If you are not happy and ask for a supervisor you wait on hold endlessly. Sometimes I get disconnected and suspect they disconnect so they don't get a bad review from the supervisor or perhaps there is no supervisor. If you intimate a cancellation they say, okay, I can transfer you or I can cancel. It's absurd.

Preferred solution: I'd like to get better customer service, a better phone connection with customer service and people who can speak more clearly and articulate their thoughts.

User's recommendation: It's nice to have satellite radio in the car because you get music and news when there is no cell service but other streaming services are better.

Disatisfaction with dropping y'alternative

Why did you drop Y'alternative on channel 55 and add yet another country station in its place?

Everyone I spoke to loved that genre! It was something different, we already have multiple country stations to listen to on Serius, and I listen to those, but y'alternative was fantastic!

Let me guess...

like everything else, it is all about money rather than providing diversity and service to you listeners.

Just what we needed...another country station.

What a shame, I actually had a reason to feel okay with the continued increased subscription price, even with all the added commercial time and dj's always yaking now! Serius is becomming more and more like an expensive FM radio station.

Very disappointed, I will not be renewing my subscription next year.

No representatives to discuss billing issues

Ive been trying to resolve some issues with my account (I jut found out I have two accounts while trying online and cant remember my passwords and which account is active. Only a computer generated voice wanting me to renew. No representatives until weekdays.
