No tech support

Called for help when stopped working in my car. Im paying for this you know!!! I NEED HELP or Im getting rid of sirius. I love it but it hasnt worked in weeks and Im tired of paying for it- buck up folks!!

My channels keep skipping

For no reason does my radioo stay on a channel, it goes right to MLB or Elvis channel. Worst yet, I got a call fro 911 asking what my emergency was...this is very dangerous !!!.. I asked to reboot my radio and afdter the second try it said I exceeded my limit but the same problem was happening . I will cancel asp if not fixed

The new app for Opera and Symphony Hall is horrid!!!! There was no need to change it - and if I had anyother option for hearing decent music I would stick my membership in the trash.

The new app is impossible to navigate; the color on my computer is black and gray (how depressing); I can't go to favorites and find my 3 programs I listen to, and I can't find any information about the recording that is playing. Plus you all put all these disgusting programs on the same page that are nothing but ads for programs that I can't imagine anyone with a brain listens to. I have heard the Sirius is in trouble financially - I don't know if it is true but based on the zero quality of the new app, I can believe it. GET RID OF THAT NEW APP!!

Sirius XM Radio - Help with updates and billing

Scam on the $11.99 a month for streaming I get it for free with $23.99 a month subscription. Dont remember ever subscribing or wanting to pay SiriusXM another $12 on top of $24 I already do a month.

Not cool Ive been listening since the beginning 20 years ago. Weak sauce on your end.

The music sucks now. The repetition is Horrendous.

Where have you been. Sirius XM is being sued right now by the NY Attorney Generals Office. The free trials are a trap to get your credit card numbers. Wake up.

Stop supporting them. You most not listen that often. Play your own music. Get a clue and get your credit card out of there.

They’re having major issues. Only the clueless remain. Doug Sluggo Roberts 1st wave channel is a HACKER. He was convicted for creating a on air Murder Confession Hoax.

I was charged for service that I did not authorize. After I canceled the subscription, I still paid for month, but never did receive service for the month that I paid for. I've called several times, wrong number, on hold for over 20 minutes, never answered.

In response to an email, I received saying that my service was going to expire

I did not like to service at all. I simply wanted to talk to someone about my subscription to Sirius radio and I couldnt even talk to somebody on the phone. All I wanted was for me to send emails and more information about a complaint. I told him what my problem was, and it didnt seem to matter, all I want to be able to do is call a customer service phone number talk to someone on the phone dont need all this modern technology and computer junk. A simple conversation on the phone would solve the issue without any trouble.
