We have had Sirius radio and enjoy it. But last month they automatically took it out of our checking account without permission. I will never use this again and put out a lot of comments to beware of

You are dishonest to take money out with out permission. I know how to renew. Never will I use this again, and through complaints I have posted I hope it keeps going to knowledge other people you are crooked. Shame on you.

Very few radio ststions

Oh I am Getting a test 20 stations. I have tried repeatedly, and on different days, to activate per Seriuss direction. None of these have worked. So, then I tried to call In-total waste of time. Im considering discontinued my prepaid membership. This is unacceptable.

Would like to activate my new radio

I would like to activate my new stratus 7 radio. My old one has a " no Antenna " issue. I have had it so long I have forgotten my account number. I also have moved so many times I don't remember which address it is associated with. I have looked everywhere. I called customer service , but they didn't want to help me. I didn't have this issue activating my other radios. I understand there is a fee for the activation. I will gladly pay to get my radio going. This will be my 3rd radio I have activated. I miss my Sirius so much. Can you help me? I do have my old radio ( 0301********) but have bought a new one. Model # SV7TK1C, Sirius ID 0831********. Thank you in advance. Dave Havart ( 519-861-****)

Dear Sirius xm customer support, I have an issue were I try to call Sirius xm support they refuse to help me restore my lifetime radio subscription to my sirius xm account I bought 20 years ago and I need help restoring I do not have the radio anymore. Please make an exception I have a previous case number Incident: 210726-****03. Please add the lifetime subscription to this esn number ESN/Radio ID: 0352********. Disclaimer I do not have the radio id or any documentation I wasted 4 hours of my life with sirius xm customer support they were hopeless and rude an couldn't really help or resolve my issue. You are my last resource please help restore my lifetime subscription I bought In 1999 to the early 2000s. Please help me with my issue. Please get back to me asap urgent. Prefer email to phone.

I wanted to renew subscription that we have had for 6 years - 5 months for $30. The customer service person only wanted to upsell - said no other options are available. We are retired and can't afford the high prices she suggested. Disappointed -will cancel when it renews.
