Again they sent me a bill 6 days AFTER my service ran out wanting some ridiculous 3 month service rate.I called to tell them to just cancel my service and was hit with 20 questions on why.

I told this foreign lady over and over again that I just wanted to cancel my service, but she kept on. I finally asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for a few minutes and another foreigner man came on and I told him same thing and agreed to cancel without 20 questions, but told me I would have a balance due of $5.00 and some change as they were prorating my service for 6 days...***. I will never deal with them again. I don't see how older people that buy new cars and they get there credit card numbers are able to defend themselves against these pirates.

Once they get your credit card you are screwed.

In a previous encounter I had to tell them a dozen times they were no longer authorized to use mu CC.They even billed it after it expired...OMG.
