In August of 2013, I purchased SiriusXM radio, for a negotiated price per month, for one year. I was told it would auto-cancel at the end of that year.

Radio did not turn off, so I called, and was told not to worry, it would automatically shut off at the end of my subscription. I was out of town for a month, and found a bill in my mail upon return.

The bill was for $188.00. About the "normal" price of $18/monthy. I called again. This time, it took nearly an hour before I reminded the lady the call was being recorded at MY END AS WELL, and all I wanted was "OUT!" Now they bill me for the half month when I didn't call.

This billing practice is clearly fraudulent, should be, if it isn't already, outlawed/illegal. Class Action? If that's what it takes, heck yes!
