Watch out for the auto-renew practices at Sirius XM. The renew rate is more than double the intro or special rate.

You have to call in to cancel. I called in to cancel and got sent to the "listener care" department. It should be called the "hard sell" department. The rep was very hard to understand (sorry I actually admire people that speak English as a second language).

I tried a second rep but the same problem and same hard sell. Finally I got them to cancel subscription. I got an email confirming the cancellation. But then I got a second and third email thanking me for my 1 month demo PURCHASE and that my subscription would automatically renew unless I called yet another number to cancel.

Now I have to set a calendar reminder to call them back again the day before renewal just to make sure this doesn't renew again.

DECEPTIVE business practices at Sirius XM. Do yourself a favor and DON'T give them your credit card number ever!
