We took advantage of the trial Sirius offer with the purchase of our new car. After the trail, they contacted us and we asked them to discontinue the service.

Months later, they claim we never canceled and now we owe $45 for the service that we did not use. They never did have our credit card information because we never asked for the service, sooo they just turned us over to a collection agency. Now we are getting calls from a collection agency trying to collect $45.00.

This company is so gone just take a look at the stock..... Stay away from SIRIUS, no wonder the stock is in the gutter with this kind of fraudulent billing practice.....etc,etc

Had Sirius with the understanding that they would not keep my credit card information and that there would be no automatic renewal. Guess what they auto- renewed anyhow.

I cancelled and they told me I owe them $16.50 for the few days it was past due. Told them it was not past due because I had not renewed it. Will see if I get a bill. Have no intention of paying it.

Will never subscribe again.

What a poor policy. Poor management that allows it.

Sirius is not a great company. The only reason you are getting service without paying for it is #1, You are dishonest by getting a service that you know you should be paying for, or you might be entitled to the free service for now but you don't even realize it #2 Sirius has screwed up and they haven't caught up to you yet.

Well, maybe you should call them back. And SIRIUS is a great company.

Like my GMC used to have sirius in it then we stopped paying for it and it still works. They dont even charge us. Its either a glicth in the system or its just we have been loyal costumers. i went to best buy in my kia a couple years ago and bought a sirius monitor to put it in my car.

But i sold the car and got my gmc and i still have Sirius! (the monitors are just add ons) but overall great company!
