I am now on phone over an hour with these total morons ftom another country over an hour trying to get my regund gor over 100.00 for a car i never owned have been trsnsfered 5 times being told they can only credit me half. I am about to explode.

Their horrid customer service will be their eventual downfall, especially if there is viable competition with the dashboard radio's. Hooking your phone up to the radio is jut too cumbersome.

When that competition happens, you'll see a price drop and improved customer service. And possibly even a mass exodus from Sirius XM.
