They offer you a two week free trial of listening which never is available. Called to see what was up with that they basically said there was nothing they could do cause i should be getting the channels. False advertising and illegal. They dont care it was just a prop to get you to call them so they can try to sell you service for 1 year for $300.

Call went very well, transfered service from one unit to another, in less than five minutes. My only issue is with the beeps, the beeps that you hear every minute or so while the call is being recorded, made hearing a bit difficult.
