- - Sirius trial stopped working after 3 days.
- - Support flow charts and Tech Support couldn't fix it after over an hour.
Bought a new truck with a 3-month trial of Sirius. It stopped working after 3 days.
I called customer support and went through the useless flow charts with the customer rep and was switched to 'Tech Support.' It sounds impressive, but after spending over an hour with 'Tech Support,' it was still NG. The rep asked if I had a pen to call another support number. Goodbye Sirius. I'll stick to Spotify.
Sirius needs to pull its tech support back to the U.S.A.
I wasted an hour and a half working with 'Tech Support' for nothing but an apology. I was Tech Support for a major bank, and if my performance was like Sirius's, I’d have been on the unemployment line.
Preferred solution: Rid of Sirius

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Never got money back
I have a #2 that will not charge enough to last a day. Only six months old
Disappointed I was billed full rate one month before I needed to call again and set up my account.
I feel I should be refunded for the extra charge.

For a couple of months now I have had 49.99 taking off my account along with an additional $9.99 that serious XM customer service employees don't need seem to know where it's being taken from although on my account it shows that they're taking it they just have no recollection because according to what they told me is, that it was not showing on their end well it's showing that they are taking it from my checking account so someone is stealing it from my checking account. I will reach out to my bank tomorrow and have them to investigate and refund me the 6 or 7 months they've been taking this from me. Really check your checking account because they could be stealing from you!!!

The screen is frozen again just for this app. Last time you had me delete it then re-install it and it was ok. I tried to do that again and it didn't work. I'm just about ready to cancel my service. C
My screen is frozen only on this. It worked the first night then the last couple nights the screen wont do anything

The guy On the other end of the phone didn't care why it was canceling after only 3 days and not even ever having any service except in my rental car. So why would you care?

I heard them talking about how bad your customer service is and answering calls and stuff. So now I guess I did the right thing.
Cancel subscription
Customer service was able to assist me with cancellation of one radio and lowered my subscription rates on my other renewal. I am very pleased with results, just took a phone call and conversation with person.

Subscription running out
Just wanted to renew my subscription I wouldve liked the two year lock in but was not available at this time. Maybe itll be available when my other vehicle comes due in October.

Awesome Customer Service Agent!! Called to cancel and the CS agent made it simple, quick and was concise.
Patiently explaining the process and details to make sure all went smoothly. As it turns out everything did and am very satisfied with the company and ultimate result.

New schedule for Bobbi B: the reply is now on at 4 AM on the West Coast. It's an unacceptable change; change it back.
User's recommendation: Sirius doesn’t not care about the West coast listeners put the program on a decent time you changed it without notifying the customers
