Bought new vehicle mid 2016 which had the trial 6mo Sirius. Received email from Sirius that I had credit of $161 left from my old vehicle which was posted to my account.

So one would expect a seamless transition when the trial plan with new vehicle expired. But not the case with Sirius whose obvious tack is to screw the customer.

No where in their correspondence does it say they credited the $161 back to my credit card (I will chk to ensure this happended) ..........first deception! Then when I call to activate Sirius at end of my 6 mo trial with new vehicle, it becomes a nightmare; they want $229 for first year going to$273 for second year.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sirius Xm Radio Subscription.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
