Sirius Xm Radio in Yorkville, Illinois - Deactivation of 1 radio

Trying to deactivate 1 of 3 radios I have.Customer service is pathetic,was transferred 5 times,given wrong numbers to call and was told we will call you back.Seems like the only way out is to cancel my credit card. Emailed customer care and received automated response that in 2 business days I will be contacted.I really want to keep 2 radios active but seems like I am being forced to cancel the hard way. Sirius Xm Radio Subscription Review

Horrible customer service, and if you buy a lifetime subscription be prepared to to keep that vehicle for life because you cannot transfer it nor can you get your money back for the remaining pirtion that you did not use. It is a rip off and would not recommend it to anyone.

Sirius Xm Radio - Review in Television/ Radio category from Ottawa, Illinois

Had a great deal of issues when talking to customer care. Seems like when you see a deal they make you feel like a nobody.i canceled my account today because of that. Saw a deal for 4 they told me they did not have that deal. My question is why was it on their site then? The business needs to teach their customer service team better. If money is all you want, then money is what you wont get from me. GOOD BUY!!!!!!!!

Sirius Xm Radio - Subscription Review from Dundee, Illinois

I purchased two siriusxm vehichle subscriptions for one year each. 7 months later, siriusxm canceled one of the subscriptions. An email i received from siriusxm stated the dealership had reported my vehichle as returned and to cancel the subscription. After three phone calls to sirius with 5 representatives they said there was nothing they could do. Sirius stated i had to contact the third party that cancelled my subscription. I informed sirius I had contacted the dealership after my first phone call to sirius. The dealership stated they sent no notification. Sirius reply. There is nothing we can do. Did I mention during the second phone call sirius charged my credit card and still did not turn my radio on. I have submitted a request to the unresoleved problom link on their wwbsite. I am waiting a reply.

Sirius XM Radio

Some inept music individual cancelled Escape Radio from Xm Radio. This is a station that I listened to 95% of the time. I was so glad to find it and listened to it 95% of the time I loved the Semi Classics and Strings and no talk. All my friends that ride with me in the car were very impressed with it and ask me where they can get it-----------! Now it is gone and if it doesn't come back soon, I along with most of my riding friends will cancel the subscription. I don't enjoy the substitute stations at all!

We have been paying for Sirius XM satellite radio for years because it is the only place where we can hear old music without commercials and talk, talk from DJ's. We have listened to 4, Big Bands, in 2 cars and in our home sometimes on our way to live Big Band Dances....

Sirius Xm Radio in Arlington Heights, Illinois - Sirius making a huge mistake

Sirius doesn't seem to care about listeners, nor value their business. Sirius cancelled one of its best channels, Escape, and doesn't have an explanation - except that you can listen online. The purpose of Sirius XM in the car is to listen in the car, not online. I have contacted Sirius by phone and by email. I have been hung up on the phone by one rep, given no explanations by others, and received no return phone call when an email response said that I would hear back within 48 hours. I have cancelled my subscription, and will now listen to FREE radio.
