I bought a lifetime service from Sirius. When I tried to transfer it to another radio I was told that their policy was to charge me 75 dollars!

What a complete rip off! After I spoke with a representative forever, she told me that she was "getting a supervisor" and then placed me on hold. I must have been on hold for 10 minutes, because in the time that I waited for this next corporate lackey, I was able to put the roof back on my jeep in the driveway. When the supervisor finally got back to me it was completely predictable that there was no help to be had.

Evidently, their brand of "customer service" is to tell you , robotically, sorry, over and over again, we can't help you. We have been customers for at least 10 years and now I am ready to let my other subscriptions with them run out and have nothing more to do with them.

This company is rotten to the core! BEWARE!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $75.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
