Sirius Xm Radio - Horrible customer service

I bought a brand new car with a trial subscription. My radio was not working which I know had nothing to do with Siriusxm, but when I received a new radio under warrantee, they failed to give me a new trial! When I tried to resolve it I was going in circles talking with a multitude of people with no resolution. They are horrible
