July 21, 2017, I called Sirius XM Radio to ask them to transfer my radio package to my new car. I was told that my new car came with a "free trial" package and was asked if I'd like to take advantage of that.

The representative made it sound beneficial for me to take advantage of the "free trial" though at the end of it, I would be able to pick up where I left off with my paid package. I was sadly mistaken. As a result, when the free trial was over, I lost 5 months of service that I had previously paid for but they claim cannot be gotten back unless I pay up again!!!!

Is this legal????? I tried over and over again with several different "supervisors" and spoke with their "billing department" but to no avail...I must either pay or no radio.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sirius Xm Radio All Access Radio Service Transfer.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Deceitful practices and outright lies.
