Sirius Xm Radio in Columbus, Ohio - BUG RIPOFD!

I cancelled LAST December and placed my car in storage! I am STILL getting calls and threats and bills from Sirrius! I don't owe a dime, but I get bills for $15, $100+ , And $30. I have NO CLUE why! BEWARE this Ripoff Company!!

Sirius Xm Radio in Columbus, Ohio - Home Sirus XM radio sets in a dock

Home Sirus XM radio that sits in sound dock has been replaced twice and we are on third one. Cost $70.00 and probably won't last 6 months. Dock is never moved, bumped, etc. Radio just decides to not work. Junk! When this one dies we are not replacing.

Speak and understand English, lack of communication. Im done ive just canceled my last out of four terminals I have had for eight years. You might think its nonstop music if the discjockeys would take a break. I no what channel im on and what song im listening to its on the screan, its totally out of control worst than fm. And to think you tease us with the turbo channel not available to all. Only one blues channel that's lost in the 50's the founder of all music. (1) out of how many channels. The phone people could care less for what part they understand, they have this market cornered and are aware of it. I will say thanks for the first six years the last 2 is on you . Thanks but no thanks. Rick J

Call Sirius to discuss subscriptions and talk to person after person in the Philippines with names such as Jenny,Amanda but Mark spoke decent English and did not hang up etc. They DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. This is so sad because these are not real names. If they get frustrated they hang up the call. They don't DOCUMENT the calls; so don't ask. They will tell you they are billing your bank account. How would they have my bank account numbers!!!! BEWARE OF THE LANGUAGE BARRIER......HE said the number he would transfer me to would be direct....yep with a 17 minute wait. And Sirius wants to know why business isn't booming. Howard Stern is the financial draw..... If Sirius XM wants my business...Stop outsourcing.

Don't forget that they put you on auto renewal when using your credit card. You may end up cancelling your card and getting a new one in order to stop them charging you.

Sirius Xm Radio - Escape 69 Music Channel Review from Fostoria, Ohio

We have cancelled our 3 subscriptions to SiriusXM (2 cars and 1 in our home) after a decade of listening to Escape 69 which was originally "Sunny" on XM satellite radio. That's 10 years of joy and loyal support to a beautiful listening experience. I am devastated that SiriusXM cares so little for this group of dedicated folks. We have the Delphi MyFi which brings the signal to every ordinary radio via an FM station in our home. My radios played Escape (or former aliases) all day every day for 10 years throughout our home in Ohio and traveled with us to Fort Myers, FL for a month's stay. SiriusXM replacement channel options and streaming fail to meet the standard to which Escape listeners have become accustomed. My cars do not "stream" audio nor do I feel I should be put upon to purchase new equipment to continue to enjoy my Escape listening. There were/are no other stations like it. I have lost a dear friend. May enough of us complain loudly enough to garner the attention of CEO James S Meyer that he hang his head in shame at alienating so many loyal customers. This "churn" of customers is directly due to inept management rather than ability to pay. Scott Greenstein, President and Chief Content Officer, may you, too, feel the guilt of your failing managerial skills.
