I called and requested to pay two weeks out. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

All the guy could say if bill is not paid by Oct 3rd, my account will be shut off. If I was thinking about joining, I wouldn't suggest doing so. No matter how long you have been loyal and paid balance on time for the past 10 years. they will shut you off for two weeks .

I'll never use siriusxm radio again. So people, please allow me to say SiriusXM radio doesn't care about customer service. All they care about is the computer shutting of service to loyal customers.

Don't use them, maybe they will change how they support loyal customers. Pissed off customer for many years :(
