Sirius Xm Radio - Automatic Renewal
My subscription automatically renewed @ $232.94/annual for the XM Select plan. I wasn’t happy so called Customer Care @ 888-635-5144 to cancel. Spoke to Cynthia and she renewed my annual subscription for $99 plus fees for a total of $109.57. I also cancelled the automatic payment and will (hopefully) receive next years invoice via mail. All in all, was a very pleasant transaction.
Sirius Xm Radio - Unauthorized debit card charges
My debit card was deactivated and i was given a new card my bank. Without my authorization, siruis radio used my new card. Upon asking how they got my info, one rep said i must have provided it but i hadn't . The other stated since my card info was linked them, anytime i update my card with the bank sirius is also updated .this is fraud. If i never gave permission to use my new card, they shouldn't be using it.
If you are a SiriusXM subscriber you already know the sound quality and audio quality from the satellites is awful! Car stereos have awful sound with SiriusXM.. I have complained numerous times and I know many other people have complained a lot about the sound quality...Read more
Sirius Xm Radio in Austin, Texas - Very poor reception for 3 weeks hard to cancel subscription
The only suggestion from Sirus is resend signal everyday for 3 weeks or buy a new radio
I have tried to cancel the service and it has been impossible. The company Sirius XM has a methodology to abuse of the customers at the moment of the cancellation. They will ask you about the reasons for the cancellation but in reality what they do is to spend time by...Read more

Sirius Xm Radio - Incompetence at every level!
The bozos at Sirius (Philippine and American) accidentally locked me out of my SIRIUS XM app on my iPhone 6s, and there is no way to reset the username or password (we’ve even tried deleting the app, then re-installing it). This prevents me from listening to my primary means of why I subscribe (to stream news and music through my mobile device) and, what’s sad, I just made them another payment hours earlier. Sirius XM’s customer service and technical support dep’t really SUCKS, and I’d give anything to have the financial backing to start-up a competitor!
