Terrible XM reception in Florida. Claiming it was my radio but funny how in parts of Miami where I live, there is no problem, but after multiple re-setting there is no better progress throughout the state when I travel. Customer Service was of no help in resolving my issues. The promotional rate in the small print locks you in for a year. Customer service reps are like talking to the wall.

After I did my review on here I received a call from SiriusXM and they handle my problem with kindness and grace like they did when I was first their customer and I can say that my experience from yesterday with the young man were pleasant and understanding at it's finest so thank you SiriusXM for being so prompt with your resolution

RE i am super mad a Sirius XM customer support lifetime radio urgent

Dear Sirius xm customer support, I have an issue were I try to call Sirius xm support they refuse to help me restore my lifetime radio subscription to my sirius xm account I bought 20 years ago and I need help restoring I do not have the radio anymore. Please make an exception I have a previous case number Incident: 210726-****03. Please add the lifetime subscription to this esn number ESN/Radio ID: 0352********. Disclaimer I do not have the radio id or any documentation I wasted 4 hours of my life with sirius xm customer support they were hopeless and rude an couldn't really help or resolve my issue. Money taken without permission

In February 20,2020 I paid 39.00 or somewhere around that for every 6 months , I didn't give y'all permission to take anymore payment after 8/20/2020 however I just spoke with a so called supervisor that told me that y'all didn't need my permission to take $9. Out monthly and that he wasn't giving me anything but the refund for the rest of this month how ever I'm going to find out how legal it is for y'all to take my money without asking.

They took money out my checking account

SiriusXM radio has been going into my checking account stealing money out of it without my permission and now that I've cought them they are being nasty verbally and telling me I'm not getting my money back again why pay them for a service that I get for half their price and better music Apple music is half of their fee and they not going into my checking account stealing my money like SiriusXM is, sad thing is that they never asked and they have the information that they didn't have my permission

I'm being charged more than the twenty dollars a month. I just recognized what I'm being charged.

When I purchased the SiriusXM, I received three months free and after that if I remember correctly the amount was suppose to be twenty dollars a month. Is there a way I can speak to alive associate?

Sirius radios has unsubscribed me after 2 years 7 months service.-

I paid for a years service on February 2, 2021,21 of $294. I now have no service. I called twice and first was told I could have an additional service for just $16 a month, I just said, please start the service I paid for. We finally agreed that the person I was talking to was unable to help me. The call lasted over 30 minutes. The next call was referred to technical service where I was told that service would restart Did not! not! start. Did not!

Renewal rates

Well a week later they emailed me a five dollar a month for six months. So called to take it. Was a little over six dollars but ok. Asked specifically am I getting exactly what I had. Same usage of app as well as stations. He said repeatedly yes a couple times. Well my Howard stern channel wasnt included. Ill be calling but not much faith. Side note the person I spoke to was very nice but between overseas connection and accent communication was brutal.

About my bill

I have 3 or 4 vehicles and a different bill for each one, plus my bIlls are way to high. I called a few months ago and the rep said he would lower my rate but it never happened

FALSE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT

SiriusXM Radio charged my account for two years for a vehicle that I have never owned. Once I discovered this, I cancelled the subscription, received a $1.47 credit and was told to expect both a full two years refund and a call back. Neither has occurred. Meanwhile, the free trial on my new vehicle has expired should at least have been extended right?

Customer service Jerry (Kurt)

I called in because I was being billed for service 3 months early, I was supposed to have gotten 3 months of free service in the beginning, which I never received, due to an error by Sirius XM. The gentleman that I talked to on the phone (Kurt) took it upon himself to cancel my current subscription and then not give me the 3 month free trial I was due from the start. Trying to get it setup again has been a major pain in the ***

My 3 month free trial denied to me, that came with the XM radio I, plus a nice discount for my future service. I told Kurt reatedly to NOT cancel my subscription, he did anyway. He didn't care about the customer
