Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Filled out customer survey. Resulted in full refund instead of no refund.
Refused to refund $9.99 for 2 months of service never used. Automobile service was cancelled months ago.

When I first started, it was a lot cheaper. Now it's $24 a month. I just use it when I'm in my car, which isn't a lot, so I would like a better rate, or if I can't get that, I would just deactivate my account.

Customer service sucks. Once you have service you cant cancel.

I havebeen with Sirus since the beginning. I cant tell you how badly your company has changed.
It was good for years but something has gone wrong thats why I finally left and yet they still billed me unbelievable.

Excellent product that works almost anywhere, with some of the worst customer service around.
Attempted to add a car to our plan with a discounted rate - per the flyer they sent me in the US mail, and then consolidate both cars into one login. One week has passed, and the ineptitude continues.
While Sirius is now available on both our cars, the litany of charges and refunds that now show on our account page and credit card statements is incomprehensible. Their tech support can't read the simple instructions and data requests I send, and their constant response of "We're so sorry..." is infuriating.
Yeah, they're definitely sorry. I may have to initiate dispute resolution via our state's respective attorneys general if they can't pull their heads out.

I have tried for almost a month to cancel the service, but no one speaks English. I ask for English and someone comes on speaking 2-3 words of English then starts speaking a foreign language that is not English.
Finally I spoke with a person that could speak a little bit of English and supposedly the account is closed and refunded.
I seriously doubt that it is done. Be careful with this company as they steal money from your bank account and refuse to refund it.

Bought a new truck with a 3-month trial of Sirius. It stopped working after 3 days.
I called customer support and went through the useless flow charts with the customer rep and was switched to 'Tech Support.' It sounds impressive, but after spending over an hour with 'Tech Support,' it was still NG. The rep asked if I had a pen to call another support number. Goodbye Sirius. I'll stick to Spotify.
Sirius needs to pull its tech support back to the U.S.A.
I wasted an hour and a half working with 'Tech Support' for nothing but an apology. I was Tech Support for a major bank, and if my performance was like Sirius's, I’d have been on the unemployment line.

Disappointed I was billed full rate one month before I needed to call again and set up my account.

For a couple of months now I have had 49.99 taking off my account along with an additional $9.99 that serious XM customer service employees don't need seem to know where it's being taken from although on my account it shows that they're taking it they just have no recollection because according to what they told me is, that it was not showing on their end well it's showing that they are taking it from my checking account so someone is stealing it from my checking account. I will reach out to my bank tomorrow and have them to investigate and refund me the 6 or 7 months they've been taking this from me. Really check your checking account because they could be stealing from you!!!
