Very hard to get to talk to a real person on hold forever!!!

Service shut off even though agreement was sent in 2 months ago along with automatic payments being taken!

No customer service in canada and billing is always incorrect or inaccurate

Can not get billing correct and you can not talk to a manager until they phone you back in 24 to 72 hours from god knows where.

User's recommendation: forget about using this service.

Poor customer service

Texting with customer rep for 50 minutes and no issues were resolved. Asked to speak with a live rep but would not transfer me. Had to ask four times for them to cancel my account

Sick and tired of paying for radio that never plays!

Live radio that I paid for is turned off about every two weeks. I tried do you say chatline to figure out what was wrong And they tried to charge me $49! I want to figure out why they cannot manage my account properly?

I have always had customer service bend over backwards to help me

This agent fid nit try hard. Very disappointing i have had sirius XM for as long as I can remember. No one would let me iff the phone without having me stick with your company. They would contact a supervisor and work with me. This agent jyst said this is the best deal possible. End. Cancelled me.
