I just cancelled my subscription with SiriusXM. Their service is less than acceptable and their prices keep going up. Whatever you do or hear, DO NOT give them your credit card number for automatic renewal. You will get a whole bunch of unauthorized charges and fees....Read more

I bought the "Lifetime" subscription from them as well in 2007 and I was NEVER told that it was not Transferable. In fact one reason I bought "Lifetime" was I was told by the lying sales agent on the phone that I could "Transfer" the subscription to any car I wanted...Read more

Sirius Xm Radio - Charge after service had been cancelled
I recieved a charge for over 50 dollars, months after cancelling all my radios. I called customer support for a refund and they said "I don't see that charge on my end" and told me to dispute it with my bank. I did that and Sirius XM failed to refund me, again. All I'm going to say is that I better not see another charge, ever again.
