Sam as always with Sirius XM. They don't care about there customers.
They never respond to any inquiries and if you get them in the chat room they just say will forward to the appropriate department and you hear nothing ever again. I have called them, been in the chat room, emailed both the customer service and the CEO.
I also wrote a letter to headquarters. Nada, zilch no feedback whatsoever so I am not shocked here
I have to endure edits of songs. None of the other stations do this, only the 80's station. It is incredibly frustrating. I have contacted customer service several hundred times about this, and I either get no response or they don't know, or the infamous 'we take your comments seriously and will forward them to the appropriate department'.
Clearly that isn't happening. I have tried talking to many people there about this, but I am largely ignored. Nothing is done and no one can give me a clear answer as to why this is happening. This is not terrestrial radio and there's no reason or room for edits; again, why is it that only one station out of the whole dial does this?
I don't even know where to find edits anymore, especially if it's all computer-generated now. When the selection comes up and there are probably four or five different versions of the song, why do they choose the edited song? I detest this and am getting ready to cancel my service because of this issue. I'm tired of the increasing prices; it's just not enjoyable or worth it anymore.
I've thought about complaining to the Better Business Bureau because if I'm paying money, I shouldn't have to put up with subpar versions of the songs I want to hear. I can listen to regular, free radio for that.

Preferred solution: Them to just stop playing edits of songs on the station. Should be simple I would think but apparently not We should get the full versions uncut and unedited of the songs played on the station. Just like there other stations

During a lightning storm 3 days ago Sirius channels went to number 1. Has not corrected.
During a lightning storm I lost all Sirius channels. Did not reset.
Called custom service and in a few minutes it was up and working again. Thank you.

Recently I had a snafu with SiriusXM after purchasing my new truck -- losing the remainder of my subscription because this 2025 truck was newer than the plan I had originally had on my old 2010 truck. My thanks to SiriusXM for reaching out to me and doing far more than just resolving my issue.
Not only do I have the three-month trial that came free with my new truck but an even better deal than I previous had for an additional year at no added cost to me. That was kind beyond kind! Thank you!!

I was happy that someone helped me with my radio problem because someone send me a spam saying that I don't have a radio and that I have to pay in when I didn't have to so customer service told me that everything is okay and my radio is not being stopped because of someone almost locking me out of the radio.

Very helpful very nice and everything a very polite would recommend him to help you again if I had to everythings fine now the issue was resolved. The radio is back on now.

I paid but no service
I went online to get my radio going I didukniw you complain dropped me!! The computer asked me small kind of questions I answered them I even paid for the service I was getttingsso I thought I was ready to go got in my car and no radios I spent my time wondering which phone number I should try firsttoo many different phones numbers who do you pick?

Cancellation of phone number
Called to verify my cancellation and the cancellation number is 617 MRF 013 and it was confirmed that my cancellation is in effect as of this date March 6, 2025, and I have a refund of $8.57 Is this all correct? Thats what I wanted to know.

I have been a loyal subscriber of Sirius XM for 25 years, and it is with great disappointment that I have finally decided to cancel my membership. My experience with Sirius XM's pricing, cancellation policies, and customer service has been increasingly frustrating and has led me to permanently sever ties.
First and foremost, the pricing structure is misleading.
When I initially signed up, I was under the impression that I would be paying $6.99 a month. This seemed like reasonable pricing for access to a decent selection of music and talk radio channels. However, without any clear communication or warning, my monthly rate was increased to $24.99. This substantial price hike felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, leaving me dissatisfied and feeling taken advantage of.
Attempting to resolve this issue was an exercise in futility.
Sirius XM's customer service team was unhelpful, providing no clear explanation for the price increase, or offering a sensible solution. They seemed more interested in retaining my business by offering confusing and quickly expiring promotional rates, rather than addressing my concerns about the base pricing structure.
Moreover, trying to cancel my subscription was unnecessarily difficult. The process was not transparent, requiring multiple phone calls and navigating through various customer service representatives who seemed more focused on making retention offers than facilitating my request. It felt more like an obstacle course designed to exhaust subscribers, hoping they give up on canceling.
In my 25 years with Sirius XM, I never imagined that a service I enjoyed would become so frustratingly overpriced and unresponsive to customer concerns.
It seems as though the company prioritizes short-term profits over long-term customer satisfaction.
If you're considering Sirius XM, I advise caution. Be wary of enticing introductory offers, and prepare for potential price hikes and challenging cancellation procedures.
There are other music and radio streaming services that are more transparent in their pricing and respectful of their customers. My long-standing relationship with Sirius XM is over, and I hope this review serves as a warning to potential subscribers.

Lost Sirius Conection
I lost connection after our car was parked in our garage again. The lady sent a signal to my car and I was able to get reception back. I am checking on all channels now.

They have never reached back out. They don't care about customers.
They only want to milk people for money. They are fraudulent charging customers city tax that don't live in a city.
I tried to contact your agents today, but the AI canceled my subscription as I was trying to talk to the agents. Then, the agents couldn't restore my contract.
Anyway, the main reason I was contacting was because I have been charged city tax, and I don't live in or near a city with taxes. This seems to be fraudulent.

Preferred solution: Want account restored to contract price at minimum and the fraudulent taxes removed. And refunded.

Have a new bank account number for payment draft I couldn't find the number for customer service. The website isn't customer friendly.
I couldn't find the number for customer service on the website.. The old lead upper I could find was the pissed off customer telephone number.
All I wanted was the customer service number.
The website is not customer friendly. It would help if there was a customer service number the first thing on the web page.
