Radio doesn’t connect
- - There were disconnections from your call center.
- - I am unable to locate my account.
- - Customer support is poor at every level.
I'm 2 hours in. Your people can't hear me.
Imagine investing two hours and getting nowhere to connect my radio. Disconnections from your call center.
Inability to find my account. Your customer support sucks at every level.

Could not find a number to talk to a live customer service agent regarding my bill
I was unable to contact anyone regarding my billing problem. All I want is a phone number to call customer service and I cannot find one anywhere. Good luck good luck

Constant lies and misinformation
- - I was told I could stream SiriusXM; it was false.
- - I got varying answers when trying to use XM.
- - The Platinum Service Plan was underwhelming.
Was told I could stream SiriusXM on home devices. Nothing but a lie.
Every time I attempted to try and use the XM I was told a different story. So much for the Platinum Service Plan.
Don't waste your money. In my opinion Sirius XM is nothing but a scam.

Spa channel in my car
Please let me know how to get the Spa channel working on my car. It seems to have disappeared. Hopefully, *** will bring it back to my car radio.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Filled out customer survey. Resulted in full refund instead of no refund.
Refused to refund $9.99 for 2 months of service never used. Automobile service was cancelled months ago.

- - I only use it when I'm in my car.
- - I want a better rate or deactivate my account.
When I first started, it was a lot cheaper. Now it's $24 a month. I just use it when I'm in my car, which isn't a lot, so I would like a better rate, or if I can't get that, I would just deactivate my account.
