Sirius Xm Radio in Austin, Texas - Very poor reception for 3 weeks hard to cancel subscription
The only suggestion from Sirus is resend signal everyday for 3 weeks or buy a new radio
I 100 percent agree with the people who are posting about the horrible audio and sound quality on the car radios when you subscribe. The signal coming from the satellites is awful. It sounds terrible and really cheap. It sounds worse than AM radio or a transistor...Read more
Sirius Xm Radio - Incompetence at every level!
The bozos at Sirius (Philippine and American) accidentally locked me out of my SIRIUS XM app on my iPhone 6s, and there is no way to reset the username or password (we’ve even tried deleting the app, then re-installing it). This prevents me from listening to my primary means of why I subscribe (to stream news and music through my mobile device) and, what’s sad, I just made them another payment hours earlier. Sirius XM’s customer service and technical support dep’t really SUCKS, and I’d give anything to have the financial backing to start-up a competitor!

After two years without xm Sirius, card was charged erroneously. Pretty sure that’s fraud

I was billed for service AFTER I called and cancelled the service. They owe me over $300. The customer service department is ridiculous! I will NEVER use them again!!!Read more
Bought a 5 month package, two months later I was sent a bill for the normal price for the next month. I called customer service and they said I was wrong and bought a 3 month package and then said it was actually only 2 months. Clearly they couldn't get their story...Read more

Both my radios have been changed to XM without my acknowledgement

Sirius Xm Radio - Too Much Chatter on Sirius "60s on Channel 6"
Sirius "60s on Channel 6" has way too much chatter. We pay to hear music, not incessant talk. If Sirius were old AM radio, the chatter would have to be tolerated. But paying to listen to a DJ is simply not acceptable.
