This is the most unethical company I have every have the displeasure to deal with. They will let you pay for a service while a vehicle is setup with a free trial service.
They will cancel access to channels
mid-subscriptions, then make you pay to get service back.
Numerous times I have been hung up on during a chat because the agent didn't like the way the conversation was going. ( I'm not talking about vulgarity).
If you setup a ID and password on their website, the next time you try to get on their website you will need to start over. (three time is one day.)
