I've called multiple times, online chat and unsubscribe online multiple times, but the calls continue. I'm receiving up to 3 emails a day, every stinkin day. I hate this company. I don't have it, i I don't want it. I just want them to stop harassing me. I'm on the no call list and the no marketing list. They won't stop. Warning never give these people your information.

Sirius XM has Terrible customer service. Automatic renewals without authorization. Not canceling the service, even after giving us the cancelation number. Having to call back, only to be transferred to 4 different people. WARNING.....do even start to receive Sirius XM radio....it a trap you'll never find a way out of!!!

Horrible customer service, and if you buy a lifetime subscription be prepared to to keep that vehicle for life because you cannot transfer it nor can you get your money back for the remaining pirtion that you did not use. It is a rip off and would not recommend it to anyone.
