One of the main reasons I took a subscription is that I grew up in the 60s and I could hear the music of my youth. However it seems Sirius has to have all the long winded djs on this station.I actually compared this station to an fm station and,on average,Sirius plays 7 songs while fm plays 12 over the same time frame.First they give you Cousin Brucie who plays music from the 60s,50s and 70s plus all his long winded bull.If that isn't bad enough they give us that *** Phlash Phillips who gives us such nonsensical chatter it makes you sick.If they want to keep these big mouths on the air,why don't they create a separate station for did and then people who want to listen to just music can do that. And by the way, these two idiots always talk over the beginning of quite a few songs which is shameful.I am going to cancel my subscription, since I can now listen to pandora.

I too am sick and tired of all the talking and would quit if I had another choice, internet and fm reception is nonexistent for most of the roads I travel. 100% give us back our premerger 60โ€™s on 6 or a separate channel for the Chatty Cathies and their listeners.

Can you please get rid of the DJ, Cousin Brucie on the 60's music channel? He has the most annoying voice and adds no content.

Sometimes he goes on and on blabbering, saying nothing. When his time slot comes on, I change channels. He's awful.

I want to listen to music, not him. Please, please, dump him, now.

I totally agree. I can get sixties songs with over the air with commercials for free? Who gave Pflash and Brucie license to do talk radio?

You say you grew up with the music of the 60s. Well 60s on 6 recreates 60s radio, complete with authentic 60s jingle packages and 60s radio personalities.

If you went back and listened to actual 60s TOP 40 radio, you'd see that there is just as much talk. It's not about just the music... it's about the radio experience. If you want zero personality, I suggest one of those musicchoice satellite channels that you can get with a cable or satellite TV package.

If you want music played in a proper radio format with quality production and authentic personality, 60s on 6 can't be beat.

I will say that I am annoyed hearing the commercials for SiriusXM's new extra app channels every hour. Those need to stop.

Iโ€™ll go better than that- I want to hear ZERO djโ€™s. Itโ€™s not that I donโ€™t like them but I donโ€™t like hearing djโ€™s talk at all.

I want to hear the music like a โ€˜mix tapeโ€™. But you know why they wonโ€™t go anywhere? Well- at first I was like โ€˜why are they spending the money on these folks?โ€™ Then it hit me- because the djโ€™s are promoting concerts and โ€˜new albumsโ€™ and even a product slipped in here and there. Itโ€™s a way to say they are still commercial free.

Pfft. Disgusting. PLEASE JESUS get rid of all the talk. Charge an extra few bucks for subscription.

Otherwise we are now paying for FM RADIO. This needs to stop or your $6 stock is going to take a hit.

who needs you...!

Acey Bjt

Drop Sirius and then go to YouTube, download and convert to MP3 all the 60s songs you can find there and put them on a USB drive to plug into your car radio and listen, commercial-free to your heart's content. Why pay for car radio?
