Sirrius calls every day to renew and today I called them, waited forever, and they say we cannot renew at a discount until Nov. 1 With each question I had to wait forever for an answer, they could not give me info on my other accounts, too bad we can't go to another company for this service.
They don't want our renewal!!
They are a public company doesn't shareholders want to know they can't answer questions or take my money.
I asked for supervisor and the man said this is the way we do business!!!! help
