I called to renew three vehicles (Subscriptions).The person was rude, condescending, disrespectful and dismissive.

I explained that I have several vehicles, offices that are in five different states that all have subscriptions and this peraon did not care! So I decided to cancel all of my subscriptions (totaling 13). When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was put on hold for several minutes. Someone claiming to be a supervisor responded and I discovered it was another representative.

All supervisors were busy! We were conventionally disconnected. There was no way I was calling back. This company is terrible!

I have never complained about the so called Commercial Free radio, my FM stations have less commercials!Never again!!!
